Personal Training

My service is as a mobile personal trainer. Your personal training sessions can happen anywhere there is enough space - indoors in your home or workplace, or the great outdoors.  Equipment is provided for training sessions.  After an initial consultation and health check, I will create a personalised exercise and training regime for you and give you all the help and motivation you need to see it through.  I will help you to practice safe and correct technique and support you to be the best you can be with your health and fitness.

Strength and Balance

Strength and Balance for the over 50s:  I am qualified as a Postural Stability Instructor for falls prevention in older adults.  I provide strength and balance exercises to help maintain and improve bone mass density and/or to reduce the natural decline in muscle wastage.  If you think you or someone you love could benefit from the increased confidence and independence that strength and balance exercise can provide, please come along to one of my classes or contact me to discuss how I can help.

Pilates

I am a qualified Pilates instructor.  I will come to your home for sessions, and help you maintain and develop your mobility, flexibility, balance and strength.  I will assess your posture type, and show you exercises tailored to your body.
 

Locations

Locations throughout Penarth.  Cardiff locations may also be suitable - please ask!  Personal training sessions can happen anywhere there is enough space - the park, your home or your work.  If you are unsure if your preferred location is suitable, please contact me and ask!  Here are some suggestions.

Prices

Personal Training £50
Single 1 hour session of personal training, strength and balance, or Pilates. Pay for individual sessions, monthly as a block of four, or quarterly as a block of 12.
1-to-1 sessions
A complete personalised training regime for great results. Ideal for those looking to try out the benefits of personal training.  All sessions last 1 hour, and include professional warm-up, cool-down and assisted stretching routines.
Health and Fitness Check £70
An extended consultation to check your current health and fitness using functional movement screening and a postural assessment.
​No memberships and no commitments
With no gym membership and no commitment, my personal training sessions are surprisingly affordable.  For less than the price of many nights out, you can transform your health and fitness and obtain your goals!
Cancellation Policy
If you know that you can't make one of our sessions, please let me know as far in advance as possible.  Cost of sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeit. ​
